Sales Process Administrator

TC Personnel are proud to be representing our client, a well established Fashion House based in the Southend on sea area.

This is a great opportunity to join a successful well established family business. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic team player who is ready to learn and work.

Knowledge within the fashion industry will be an advantage.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Accurately process orders onto our in-house system in a timely fashion
  • Liaise directly with the customers by telephone, website and e-mail, ensuring quality customer service in every situation
  • Work closely with colleagues in the Sales team and in the Warehouse to ensure customer orders are processed correctly and efficiently
  • General administrative duties, answering phone calls etc.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Ideally have worked in a sales/merchandising environment previously
  • Be confident using Microsoft, particularly Outlook
  • Be a proficient PC user
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Be open to learning how to use new software (full training will be provided)

Working hours 8.30am - 4.30pm

Office based

Free parking

Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience but in the region of £28,000
