Southend Care Ltd has an exciting new opportunity for a qualified and registered Clinical Lead nurse to join our friendly team as our Clinical Lead & Trainer. 
As Clinical Lead & Trainer you will support the development and delivery of consistently high quality clinical and care services for the people we support across all our services. You will play a key role in our Quality Assurance Group by complying and promoting Clinical Governance across Southend Care Ltd. As an experienced trainer you will support our teams to deliver high quality care through the development and delivery of training to our care and support staff.

Required Skills 
•    Valid NMC Pin Number
•    RGN/RMN Qualification 
•    Teaching & Education qualification ie Level 3 AET, PTTLS, CTLLS
•    Experience and background of training in Health & Social Care setting 
•    Knowledge and experience of working with individuals with dementia
