The role involves managing a portfolio of clients, processing transactions, bank reconciliations, VAT returns, and general administrative tasks.
The position offers a salary range of £28,000 to £32,000 and can be either part-time or full-time.
Remote working options are available for 1 to 2 days per week.
Candidates should have relevant experience in bookkeeping.

LGS Vision Recruitment are delighted to be working with a very modern, forward-thinking firm of accountants as they search for a Bookkeeper to join their growing team.

Our client is based in Southend and they are looking for a bookkeeper to join the team on either a part-time or full-time basis.

Role:

Managing a portfolio of Bookkeeping clients
Processing sales and purchases into accounting software
Bank reconciliations
Assisting with the production and submission of VAT returns
Prepare payment runs
Post and review month end journals to ensure accuracy in financial records
General administrative tasks for clients
CIS, entering payroll journals (bonus)

Package:

£28,000 - £32,000
Full time or part time
1/2 days per week remote working
