Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have had a minimum of years experience working within the insurance industry
Principal Responsibilities:
The summary of the role is to generate new business from leads generated by the marketing team.
Meeting monthly new business targets, working closely with the renewals team to management a smooth handover post placement.
Develop close working relationships with the panel of insurers.
Cross sell products according to demands and needs of the client.
Assist the directors and other staff members when requested.
Key skills and experience required:
Excellent technical knowledge of Insurance including but not limited to Combined Liability, Contractors All Risks, Professional Indemnity and Motor Fleet
Competent on Acturis, Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook programs
Excellent written and telephone skills
A proven track record for meeting and exceeding targets
To possess excellent sales skills
To possess excellent negotiation skills
To understand and assist clients and fellow staff members with any Insurance queries
