Cleaner - £11.44 Per Hour– Southend Area

The Role

We are a property maintenance company, looking to appoint a reliable and conscientious cleaner to our growing team.

You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of communal areas across various residential blocks of flats.

This is 37.5 hours a week, with 30 mins unpaid break each day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hoovering or mopping lobbies.
• Hoovering corridors and stairs.
• Dusting all flat surfaces.
• Litter picking external areas.
• Reporting any maintenance issues.
