Are you a proactive and customer-focused individual with excellent problem-solving skills? Our client is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to join their dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and managing a team of customer service representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on voicemails/messages left from previous day.
  • Receive incoming calls and greet callers with a friendly and professional manner, redirecting them to the appropriate department if necessary.
  • Promptly record caller information and details of each call for reference.
  • Assist existing customers by accessing their account information and addressing their queries or concerns.
  • Log jobs and provide customers with job numbers, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Schedule non-urgent service requests by checking availability on the engineer's monthly schedule spreadsheet and updating the planner accordingly.
  • Escalate urgent issues to the logistics department for immediate action.
  • Seek guidance from team members when unsure about specific details or inquiries.
  • Process "further works" promptly by checking job records and coordinating with relevant departments (e.g., purchasing, sales) to address equipment requirements, quotes, or re booking needs.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with colleagues and customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
