The role has been created due to our client’s continued success, and they are now (yet again) going through an exciting period of growth. The business is fast paced, dynamic, operate within a regulated environment and have a fantastic culture.   Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working in a Contact Centre Team Leader or Team Manager position, ideally with previous experience working within the financial services or insurance industry. Salary & Benefits This role is paying a basic salary between £37,500 to £40,000, with the potential to earn an additional annual bonus of £5,000. Key Responsibilities - Coaching and development of staff- 1-2-1’s and documented coaching- Motivation and staff morale- Delivering team meetings and group coaching sessions- Achieving daily / weekly / monthly KPI’s Logistics The role will be fully on-site at our client’s Southend office for the first six months, after which it will transition to a hybrid working model. Hours follow a shift pattern within the office's operating hours of 8:30am to 8pm, including a weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday) every other week, with a day off in lieu. Interview Process There will be a two-stage interview process starting with a screening call followed by an in-person interview process, and our client are looking to meet candidates immediately to secure their new Team Leader ASAP. This opportunity is being recruited for by CCP.
