Our client an award-winning Hotel in Southend-on-Sea is seeking a Chef-de-partie. The hotel stands out as a leader in luxury accommodations and dining. The client is offering a salary between £32,000 - £37,000 + Tronc depending on experience and hours worked with additional benefits!What Does the Role Entail?Step into a pivotal role as a passionate and hands-on Chef working 50-hour weeks. You'll be pivotal in the driving force of the restaurant team, ensuring operational excellence in the Client's renowned site. You'll play a vital role in maintaining high standards and contributing to the world of fine dining with a dedicated approach to customer care and service. The client's Hotel restaurant is AA rosette thus the role demands creativity, precision, and leadership in a flexible and busy environment.What skills will you have?Ideally, you will have prior experience in a similar role as a Chef within the hospitality sector, to give you an understanding of the industry's specific requirements. While appreciating tradition, you should exhibit a forward-thinking mindset and adaptability to the demands of a high-volume operation. Your proven expertise in Restaurant practices, including organisational skills, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skill set, will be key to your success. A creative and innovative mindset and exceptional communication skills are qualities the client values in the ideal candidate.What is On Offer?In addition to £12.50 to £15 per hour, working typically 50+ work weeks.
