About the Role:
I am seeking a National Sales Manager to join the team. This role is integral to company success, involving direct interaction with business customers, preparing quotes for construction-based products and services, and contributing to the growth and development of the expanding business. You will manage projects from start to finish, including arranging site set-ups, logistics, and invoicing upon project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Client Expansion: Identify and engage with potential new clients to expand our customer base.
- Primary Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
- Quotation Preparation: Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for construction-based products and services.
- Site Surveys: Complete accurate site surveys to ensure quotations are correct.
- Project Management: Ensure site set-ups are arranged before works commence and manage logistics to meet deadlines.
- Project Monitoring: Monitor existing projects and advise accounts when projects are complete and can be invoiced.
- Proactive Decision-Making: Be proactive and capable of independent decision-making.
- Autonomous Work: Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
- Market Research: Research industry trends and market opportunities to identify new areas for business involvement and growth.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred but not required. Full training will be provided.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prepare accurate quotations.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:
- Pay: From £40,000.00 - £45,000.00 per annum depending on industry experience.
- On-target earnings (OTE): £55,000.00+.
