Job Purpose: As a Sales Executive, you'll engage in professional inbound and outbound communication with clients, offering new and renewable products for their vehicles. All data is warm, meaning you'll be contacting either expiring customers or those who have opted in to being contacted.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively renew existing policies in line with their renewal dates.
  • Make high volumes of outbound calls.
  • Answer calls from potential customers solicited through advertisements.
  • Understand compliance and its consequences.
  • Provide excellent and friendly customer service.
  • Maintain diary systems to manage customer contact times.
  • Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target customer needs and interests.
  • Respond to customer correspondence via telephone, email, or letters.
  • Provide additional support and day-to-day account management to allocated customers.
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve customer queries and assist with business retention.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Comfortable conversing with happy, or disgruntled customers.
  • Ability to self-manage and motivate.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Receive feedback positively and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under time and completion deadlines.
  • Good understanding of voice and soft skills.

Personal Attributes:

  • A confident self-starter who can build effective relationships and positively influence colleagues and clients.
  • An excellent communicator, able to work remotely and conduct meaningful meetings via Microsoft Teams and/or Zoom.
  • Driven and determined to achieve goals, with a demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales targets in B2C sales.
