Your new role working as a Client Services Executive means you will be working for a leading Insurance Intermediaries in the construction sector. Whether you are a large nationwide corporate company or an industry specialist operating in the local area, they offer their knowledge and expertise to give their clients the best possible service. Due to expansion, a position for a Client Services Executive within their Southend office has arisen.
Your new role
Your new job working as a Client Services Executive means you will provide support to the broking team, including liaising with clients and insurers where required to help the team achieve the targets set. You will also administer and service client's needs, which includes, preparation of quotes, processing midterm adjustments and all other general administration and client handling. Further duties will also include to cross-sell products according to the demands and needs of the existing clients and to assist the Directors and other staff members when requested.
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience working as a Client Services Executive with excellent technical knowledge of Insurance including but not limited to Combined Liability, Contractors All Risks, Professional Indemnity, Motor Fleet, Directors and Officers Liability, Office and Cyber will contribute to your success in securing this role. You will be competent on Acturis, Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook programs and have excellent written and telephone skills as well as a proven track record for meeting and exceeding targets. You will also be target focused and driven, creative and highly motivated with a desire to succeed, able to network at all levels, assertive, with the ability to deal with difficult customers and situations and be able to assist and support fellow staff members.
