What can you expect in this role?
- Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and guidance to build robust health and safety capability across all levels of the site.
- Keep the site consistently compliant with UK health and safety regulations while supporting the wider UK strategy for Health and Safety.
- Actively connect with employees at every level to foster a strong, proactive health and safety culture.
- Oversee regular audits and inspections to evaluate health and safety performance, proactively identifying and addressing areas for improvement.
- Work closely with contractors, regulators, and enforcement agencies to strengthen compliance and maintain high health and safety standards on-site.

What We're Looking For:
- Proven background in an assurance role with experience managing audits, inspections, and certifications.
- Significant experience in health and safety roles within similar industries, particularly FMCG Manufacturing.
- Effective at influencing stakeholders at all levels and crafting high-quality presentations to communicate key messages and trainings.
- Independent, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- NEBOSH Certificate and knowledge of ISO 14001
