Service Coordinator

Are you experienced in Customer Service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity with our client based in Southend who due to growth and development within the company are looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team.

The Service Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service department by coordinating service requests, managing schedules, and providing exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate service requests and schedules to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client issues
  • Liaise with clients, technicians, and other team members to gather necessary information and facilitate service delivery
  • Utilise strong analytical skills to assess service requests and allocate resources effectively
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance departmental efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including documentation of client interactions and service history
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex service issues and ensure optimal client satisfaction
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their service requests and address any concerns or inquiries promptly
  • Uphold company standards for quality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and team members

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly assess and prioritise service requests
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with good attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office suite and service management systems
