We are collaborating with a fantastic secondary school in Southend that is seeking a dedicated full-time Teaching Assistant (TA) to help out in GCSE Mathematics classes across key stage 4.

We are looking for a Secondary Teaching Assistant to support students across key stage 4. Your responsibilities will include providing tailored support to meet individual student needs and assisting teaching staff with the delivery of engaging Maths lessons to GCSE level.

The ideal candidate must possess outstanding behaviour management skills and the ability to think swiftly on their feet while adapting quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

** Work with individuals and groups of students to deliver learning programs

** Prepare and maintain basic classroom resources and equipment

** Set up classroom as directed for lessons

** Provide regular feedback to teachers on student achievement and progress

** Offer additional support to teachers, such as photocopying and laminating

** Accompany teaching staff and students on visits, trips and extracurricular activities
