An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in Southend as a CCD & Electronics Repair Technician. This is an exciting cutting role, working with a senior team member who will help you to build upon your professional development. You will need to have a technical understanding of CMOS/CCD/Camera electronics with the ability to work with intricate components.

As the Electronics Repair Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessment, disassembly, fault finding, repair and testing of a range of small-scale electronic components.
  • Inspection and quality checks throughout and on completion of the repair process.
  • Providing service report updates to the workshop support functions.

The successful Electronics Repair Technician will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Fine hand skills with good mechanical / electronic aptitude
  • Ability to follow method sheets / technical manuals
  • Good interpersonal skills.
