About Us:I’m recruiting for a local Education Authority and have a very exciting 4-month fixed term contract available. My client is recruiting a PA to the Chief Executive and Senior Team. We seek a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to ensure smooth operations. There will be an option for hybrid working, and you will need to be able to travel to various sites across Essex. Interviews are taking place ASAP. 

Key Responsibilities:•    Provide administrative support to the team and Chief Executive.•    Manage diaries and itineraries.•    Screen and direct incoming phone calls.•    Manage email inboxes, ensuring timely responses.•    Take and distribute meeting minutes.•    Order and maintain office supplies.•    Keep office documentation up to date.•    Assist with project management tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Experience in a similar EA/administrative role.•    Strong organisational skills.•    Minute taking either in person or over Teams. •    Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.•    Attention to detail.•    Professional demeanour and confidentiality.•    Excellent communication skills.•    Ability to stay calm under pressure.
