About Us: We are a dynamic company based in South Essex, seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for accuracy, and experience in financial management, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:
- Data Validation: Ensure the accuracy of balance sheet values, populate existing schedules, and apply business intelligence.
- FA Register: Complete the current fixed asset register, review for accuracy, and implement necessary policy changes.
- HP Liabilities: Finalise an existing file, ensuring the current position is accurate.
- Cost Analysis: Assist in carrying out comprehensive cost reviews.
- Data Template Building: Prepare data templates for the implementation of a new finance system (Sage Intact).
- Supplier Communication: Assist in preparing communications with suppliers regarding invoicing and payment.
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare detailed cash flow forecasts. MA Cost Analysis: Conduct management accounting cost analysis.
Qualification:
- Proven experience in financial management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Sage Intact or similar finance systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
