Do you have an FLT license? We are currently in search of a forklift operator for our client located in Southend.
Pay rate:£12.30 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday rotating 6:00am- 2:00pm/ 2:00pm- 10:00pm
Requirements:
- Valid forklift licence
- Strong knowledge of forklift operation and safety procedures
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials/pallets from lorries
- Stack and arrange products and materials in an organized manner.
- Inspect and maintain the forklift, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations in the warehouse or production area
- Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
