- Delivering customer and internal technical projects based on scope of works and within time scale.
- Application Packaging, Application Deployment, PowerShell Scripting via InTune & AutoPilot.
- Provide 3rd Line remote & onsite support accurately recording time spent and steps taken, ensuring meeting SLA’s.
- Work on escalated tickets from 2nd line team, offer training and support for 1st & 2nd line teams.
