New Job: Trusts and Foundations Manager (12-Month Maternity Cover)

Our client in Southend is seeking a Trusts and Foundations Manager to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure funding from trusts, foundations, and grant-making bodies.
- Build strong relationships with funders, ensuring long-term support.
- Develop compelling grant applications and funding proposals.
- Track funding progress and ensure all grant requirements are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather key information for applications
About You
- Proven experience in Trusts and Foundations fundraising, with a track record of securing major grants.
- Exceptional writing skills - you know how to tell a story that inspires action.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- A strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of the charitable funding landscape and an eye for new opportunities.
- Experience in homelessness, housing, or social impact sectors an advantage.
- Knowledge of fundraising CRM systems.
- A knack for monitoring and evaluating funded projects.
