Cleaner and Grounds Maintenance Operative / Gardener - Essex - £26-28k
We’re working with a large national property management company.
As part of their commitment to keeping the estates they manage in excellent order, they are now looking to hire an enthusiastic Cleaner / Grounds Maintenance Operative / Gardener as follows:
- Working across several sites in the local area (driving license essential) with responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of the communal parts (Grounds/Gardens/internal corridors/stairwells)
- Your gardening responsibilities will include grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, weed spraying, pruning and general tidying.
- Your communal cleaning duties would include hoovering, dusting, polishing, washing down surfaces and sweeping.
- You will have basic grounds maintenance skills with the ability to use basic tools (Lawnmower, hedge trimmer, strimmer etc.)
- Our client seeks someone who takes pride in their consistently high standard of work. A proactive person by nature with an exceptional eye for the little details, the successful candidate will be reliable, conscientious and always looks to exceed a client’s expectations.
- A clean DBS check will be required prior to appointment (we will arrange this for you at no cost)
The successful Cleaner / Grounds Maintenance Operative / Gardener can expect a starting basic salary up to £28k alongside a company pension, ongoing training and all travelling expenses fully reimbursed.
