An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Gas Service Engineer to join an expanding team of Engineers on both servicing & breakdowns, covering the Southend on Sea area.

Working on behalf of one of the worlds leading boiler manufacturers, you will service & repair boilers in line with the manufacturers warranty and all parts are delivered to your van.

Training will be given for the successful candidate.

We would welcome apprentice trained engineers with NVQ level 3 desirable or Advanced City and Guilds or equivalent in Gas or Plumbing; Domestic ACS qualifications with a minimum of 4 years experience working within a similar role.

Your duties will be:

To service & repair boilers in line with the manufacturers warranty

Keep check of your van stock, and allocate parts correctly as and when these are used.

You will be working in accordance with Gas Safety Regulations and manufacturers' instructions.

Excellent diagnostic skills and customer service skills are required.

You will be expected to plan and organise workload to maximize productive time and ensure the best service to customers.

This includes dealing with urgent and emergency repairs and ensuring, as far as practicable, that all appointments and targets are met.

Weekend overtime available also.
