Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm.

As IT User Support it will be your responsibility to improve efficiency and synergies by maintaining software and ensuring its use to full capacity and capability. You will act as 1st Line support to all staff members, across all offices and must be able to prioritise your workload effectively. You will support maintenance of hardware, phone systems and software and be responsible for the appropriate allocation of IT equipment to employees.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide all IT requirements for Head Office and satellite offices including initial set up of all IT equipment
  • Keep up to date on all IT related matters
  • Manage and report on the IT helpdesk
  • Prioritising workload.
  • Proactively provide information to users on outstanding reported issues.
  • Hardware repairs.
  • Maintaining internal phone system
  • Provide daily reports on telephone calls
  • Stock checking and taking of IT equipment
  • Issuing all new IT equipment/re-assigning IT equipment, as necessary
  • Providing training on best practice to employees
  • Support meeting room technical set up where necessary
  • Setting up new users and assigning appropriate permissions
  • Maintaining logs on all equipment issued by the company
  • Maintaining and auditing email and file archive system
  • GDPR updates
  • Junk mail reporting
  • Ensure safe cabling of all equipment
  • Daily maintenance of IT equipment including printers/fax etc.
