Adecco are proud to be working exclusively with an expanding company who are seeking a Part Time Installations Administrator.
Salary: £14,999 p/a
Working days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
Working hours: 8.30am till 5pm
Duration of contract: Permanent
Location: Southend - Hybrid
Duties:
- Allocate and schedule jobs to maximize operational and logistical performance.
- Answer incoming phone enquiries both internal and external.
- Ensure customer commitments are met, working with internal teams and executing operational tasks as required.
- Liaise with Production Department to ensure smooth kitting of engineers and arrange courier collections.
- Make hotel reservations for Engineers when required.
- Update Excel and CRM to ensure accurate record keeping
- Input service orders onto Sage
Skills:
- Administration experience
- Proven IT Skills and experience of Microsoft Office programs - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good geographical knowledge
