About the Role:Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Technician to join their dynamic team. This role requires regular travel to various sites, so a valid driving license and access to your own vehicle are essential. If you have a passion for technology, problem-solving, and providing excellent support, we want to hear from you!

IT Technician - Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site IT support across multiple company locations.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve them efficiently.
  • Support network infrastructure, including diagnosing connectivity issues.
  • Ensure all systems are secure and comply with company standards.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to implement upgrades and new technologies.
  • Document all tasks, processes, and solutions accurately.

IT Technician - Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an IT support or technician role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle (essential).
  • Willingness to travel frequently and occasionally work outside standard hours.

IT Technician - Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Familiarity with hardware repairs and upgrades.
  • Certification in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft).
  • Experience working with a Servicedesk managing calls and escalating
