Day to day of the role:- Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle complaints and solve problems efficiently.
- Liaise with insurance providers to manage claims effectively.
- Process insurance claims and handle renewals diligently.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
- Address customer queries with confidence and clarity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Hardworking, dedicated, and motivated to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Confidence in handling phone calls and strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Travel Insurance and Complaints Handling is advantageous.
