Newly Qualified Lawyer - Conveyancing

AJ Chambers is working with a Legal 500 firm in Southend and they are currently recruiting for a newly qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their residential property team.

You’ll be working on existing conveyancing matters in a busy team and hybrid working will be available after an initial settling in period.

Key aspects:

• Sales & purchases files
• Freehold & leasehold
• Transfer of equity
• Re-mortgages

You’ll be offered a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave and free parking.
