AJ Chambers is working with a well established law firm in Southend and they are currently recruiting for a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their commercial property team.

You’ll be supported by a Partner with several years of experience in commercial property working on a range of transactions including:

Commercial property sales & purchases
Lease & licence matters
Property finance
Plot sales
Option agreements

You’ll be offered a competitive salary, 25% bonus on all fees over target, 25 days annual leave and free parking.
