Residential Fee Earner (Solicitor / Conveyancer)
A highly respected and well-established Legal 500 practice, is seeking a dedicated Residential Fee Earner to join their growing and dynamic Property Department. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a supportive and professional environment.
The Role:
You will have solid experience handling a range of residential conveyancing transactions, including leasehold and unregistered properties. You will be expected to work independently, with the benefit of a strong support structure that includes secretarial and paralegal assistance, as well as full supervision when required.

About You:
We are looking for experienced qualified conveyancers and solicitors from NQ up to Partner level. The team are focused on finding the right cultural fit - someone who is passionate about residential conveyancing, a strong team player, and willing to contribute positively to the wider firm.
What You'll Need:
- Experience in residential conveyancing, including leasehold and unregistered properties
- The ability to work independently on your own caseload, with appropriate support
