Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
Lead team, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with all quality standards.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality procedures.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing reports and recommendations for senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, ensuring the company remains compliant with all relevant regulations.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management within the aerospace industry.
In-depth knowledge of aerospace quality standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements.
