An exciting opportunity has arisenfor a paralegal to join BC Legal's market leading occupationaldisease team, acting for a variety of insurers and large corporate bodies.
Litigation experience is not essential as full training will be provided. The paralegal will have completed the LPC or equvalent (exceptional candidates without these qualifications will be considered if sufficient interest and commitment can bedemonstrated).
Suitable candidates will be ambitious, proactive, professional, organised and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. An eye for detail is crucial. They will demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team.
There will be opportunity for the successful candidate to join our Cilex Graduate Qualification Scheme to fast-track qualification as a solicior or legal executive. The CILEX scheme focuses on practical 'on the job' training and is a cost-effective route to becoming a CILEX lawyer.

The position will be based in Southend on Sea.
