The role will be working within the Residential Conveyancing department, supporting the Solicitors and Conveyancing Executives in the busy department.

Key Responsibilities

These will include but not limited to:-

  • Taking new enquires
  • Providing quotations to new clients
  • Opening new files
  • Issuing draft Contract packs
  • liaising with Clients, Solicitors and Estate Agents
  • Assisting on Solicitors and Conveyancing Executives matters
  • Post-completion administration including submission of SDLT and AP1s
  • To provide a consistent high standard of work
  • To work unsupervised as and when required
  • To undertake any other duties which from time to time may be allocated

We are looking for someone with previous paralegal experience working within Conveyancing, that is organised, can work well under pressure, and has excellent communication skills.
