Medacs is recruiting for a part time Weekend coverWorkforce Solutions Consultant to join the Litmus workforce Solutions team in Southend-on- Sea, Essex working remotely mainly 9-5 Saturday and Sunday (flexibility is required to cover shifts between 06.30am-8.30pm dependent on business needs).

We are also looking for an Administrator to cover shifts either 6.30am - 2.30pm or 12.30pm to 8.30pm

Roles can be working from home, you will need to live within easy commute to Southend, Essex to attend meetings and training at the offices.

You will be working to support the Managed Service deliver its contractual obligations by carrying out general administrative tasks including helpdesk cover, pay queries, timesheet monitoring, inputting shifts and bookings on the system, on-site compliance checking and chasing, dealing with email traffic, maintaining up to date candidate profiles on the database and providing support to candidates and customer service users.

Here's some of the key responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone help desk support across service times at weekends
  • Manage the service inbox ensuring all queries are responded to or directed to appropriate team member to action within agreed timescales
  • Pre-employment checks to validate information
  • Process and check full compliance for internal and external candidates and chase any missing documentation in line with NHS Employer and Framework standards
  • Ensure all timesheets are submitted and processed
  • Checking reports
  • Resolve payroll queries and respond to queries
  • Support for the client with system training/new users
  • Attend on-site meetings and MI reporting
  • Identify areas for savings or process improvements
  • First Line response on issues and complaints gathering information
  • Maintaining system information
  • Promote bank first strategy and regularly engage with Bank workers to maintain effective working relationships
  • Attending meetings and training onsite in Southend-On-Sea
