My client is on the lookout for a talented E-Commerce Assistant to join their vibrant team!What You’ll Do:•   Colour Swatches: Enhance product presentation by managing and updating colour swatches.•   Complete the Look: Curate and manage sections to promote related products.•   Optimise Categories: Improve user navigation and searchability by organizing product categories.•   Merchandising: Boost product visibility and sales with effective strategies.•   Daily Site Audits: Ensure all website content and functionalities are up-to-date.•   CRM Support: Assist with Customer Relationship Management tasks and initiatives.•   Product Descriptions: Write and update engaging, accurate, and SEO-friendly product descriptions.•   SEO Work: Enhance the website’s visibility and ranking with SEO tasks.•   Imagery Support: Manage digital assets, support the DAM portal, and resize images.•   Photoshop/Adobe Creative Suite: Utilise these tools for various design and content tasks.•   Pricing Amendments: Update product pricing as needed.•   Stock Ordering: Handle stock ordering and replenishment for product shoots and inventory needs.What I'm Looking For:•   Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.•   Experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.•   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.•   Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.•   Good written and verbal communication skills.•   SEO knowledge and experience is a plus.•   Good IT literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook).•   Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
