Medacs Workforce Solutions is currently recruiting for a Bank Recruitment Business Partner to be based at least 3 days a week onsite in Southend-On-Sea, Essex with travel to additional sites within Essex.

The Staff Bank Recruitment Business Partner will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for our healthcare staff bank including Doctors, specialised Nurses and clerical staff. This role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Here's some of the key responsibilities:

  • Partner with Hiring Managers to identify current and future staffing needs
  • Develop Recruitment Strategies to attract top talent, with a focus on increasing the volume bank workers
  • Candidate Sourcing utilising various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screening and interviewing and offer management
  • Onboarding and compliance
  • Data and Reporting tracking recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities
  • Fulfil all elements of the staff bank recruitment and on-boarding process
  • Ensuring the ATS system is kept up to date and accurate
  • Liaise with key stakeholders in key locations
  • Proactively stay in touch with bank workers to see latest availability and work to maximise opportunities
  • First port of call for any bank worker issue escalations and troubleshooting
  • Working onsite in Southend and travelling to other sites within Essex to meet with candidates
