Role Requirements:• Looking for immediate starter, someone who it very organised and methodical with excellent attention to detail if possible.• This is sole payroll position, must be competent working by themselves. • Previous experience required.• Work in offices, based in Southend-On-Sea, (no off site/remote working).

Duties: • Process Weekly Payroll for 3 Companies [600-1000 employees at high season](Includes: Importing Clocking In Times, Processing Commission, Expenses and Seasonal/Year End Bonuses, Send RTI Submissions)• Process Monthly Salary Payroll for 4 Companies [30-50 employees](Includes: Processing Commissions, Expenses and Seasonal/Year End Bonuses)• Submit Month End Figures to HMRC• Process Pension Figures (Weekly & Monthly)• Enrolling new members to pension schemes• AOE processing & recording• Input manual payroll journals into Sage 200• File Employee Personnel Files & Remove Leavers as and when notified• Process & Maintain Right to work documents• Managing Maternity/Paternity Leave• Possible accounts admin duties (bank postings etc.)• Processing year end payroll, year duties include submitting P11D’s
