About the Role:
Position: Year 3 Teacher
Location: Southend
Start Date: March 2025
Contract: Full Time
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and creative lessons that inspire and challenge Year 3 students.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing support where needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement the curriculum.
Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians to ensure student development.
Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities and events.
What We Are Looking For:
A qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Experience teaching in a primary school, preferably with Year 3 students.
A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
Strong classroom management skills.
A commitment to helping all children achieve their full potential.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive school culture.
