Job Title: Buyer
Location: Southend
Remuneration: 50,000 per year (negotiable)+ Bonus Scheme
Contract Details: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Research and analyse market trends to spot emerging products.
- Collaborate with suppliers for price negotiations and delivery schedules.
- Develop product assortments based on customer demand and sales data.
- Maintain strong relationships with both new and existing suppliers.
- Optimise inventory levels to meet customer demand without overstocking.
- Monitor product performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Candidates must demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Buyer in the fashion industry.
- Ability to recruit and maintain supplier relationships both locally and internationally.
- A solid understanding of current market trends and competitor monitoring.
- Budget management experience alongside strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- An enthusiastic attitude and a strong team spirit!
