Location:Southend
Salary: 60,000 (Negotiable)
Working days: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8am to 5pm
Duration of contract: Permanent
Requirements:
- Experience in construction or projects (preferred)
- Qualification in Building Studies or Quantity Surveying (preferred)
Duties:
- Buying materials from suppliers
- Checking cost of materials
- Visit sites occasionally
- Ensure all information is collected for each project
- Ensure all documentation is collated
