Our client, a well-respected independent estate agency has an opening for a Lettings Negotiator to join their close-knit team in their Southend-on-Sea branch on a full-time basis.

The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:

  • £25,000 basic 
  • Up to £30,000 OTE

Lettings Negotiator requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience within Lettings
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Target driven

Lettings Negotiator duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • First point of contact for letting customers
  • Building quick rapport with letting customers
  • Conducting viewing and converting the letting through branch
  • Dealing with fast-paced transactions
  • Negotiating and agreeing Tenancies
  • Working between branch and properties
  • Working toward high KPI targets
  • Delivering excellent customer service via both phone and face-to-face
