We are currently looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a well established independent Estate Agency in the Southend area.
Key duties, but not limited:
路Dealing with enquiries, by telephone, emails or face to face路Registering new applicants and keeping updated records路Arranging and accompanying viewings路Give necessary feedback to relevant parties路Negotiate offers between Landlords and Tenants then arranging tenancies following procedures and guidance路Maintaining good working relationships between all parties路Ensuring high customer service levels are provided at all times路Any ad-hoc duties and Lettings administration
Skills & Experience required:
路Previous experience in Lettings/Estate Agency路High customer service skills路Enthusiastic and well presented路Excellent communication skills both verbal and written路Organised, good work ethic and reliable路UK driving licence
Salary 拢22,500 - 拢24,000 depending on experienceOTE 拢28,5000
