An exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a busy team of Property Managers has become available. You will be used to working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, delivering world class customer service.

You will be responsible for a mixed portfolio of residential blocks, estates and building, and will be required to provide outstanding levels of customer service to our clients, possess exceptional leasehold knowledge and be competent in handling various situations, including client management, attending regular meetings and conducting regular site visits.

Preferably TPI qualified d should have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar property management role. A full driving licence is essential and a flexible approach to your working hours is required.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Property Management.
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills

Licence/Certification:

  • A full, valid driver’s license
  • TPI or equivalent qualification (preferred).
