Our client are a well established Estate Agency in Southend on Sea and they are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their busy team.
Some responsibilities, but not limited:
路Managing portfolio of managed properties路Overseeing two other members of staff路Organising selective licensing and EPCs路Ensuring gas safety checks are up to date路Arranging inventories, check in and check outs路Carrying out property inspections路Advising utility companies of meter readings路Co-ordinating of estimates and arranging of repairs with contractors路Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts路Negotiating the return of deposits between landlords and tenants路Drafting final statement of repairs for accounts process路Daily correspondence路Preparation of Tenancy Agreements
Experience and qualifications to apply:
飩稰revious experience of being a Property Manager飩稴trong attention to detail飩稨igh communication skills both verbally and written飩稟 keen problem solver飩稴trong administration and excellent IT skills 飩稟bility to prioritise work effectively 飩稡e able to think on your feet and be reactive to situations as they arise in a calm and professional manner 飩稟bility to build long-term relationships with landlords 飩稰ositive and encouraging attitude飩稦ull driving licence and own car
My client is prepared to offer an impressive salary of 拢35,000 - 拢40,000 depending on experience
