Our client is seeking a Resourcing Advisor who excels in delivering the full recruitment lifecycle and has a robust understanding of employment law. The ideal candidate will be versatile, capable of engaging across various departments, and have 2-3 years of experience. Support towards CIPD Level 3 can be offered.

Job Description:

  • Partner with stakeholders to manage the full recruitment and selection lifecycle.
  • Advise on company policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • Lead recruitment campaigns within budget constraints.
  • Attract candidates through diverse channels, including social media.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to secure top talent.
  • Assist hiring managers in candidate shortlisting and assessment design.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the onboarding process.
  • Enhance the company’s employer brand as an employer of choice.
  • Coach hiring managers to improve resourcing skills and enable self-service.
  • Develop and deliver resourcing training initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation by updating company policies and procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement in resourcing practices.
  • Maintain accurate HR system information and manage robust business-aligned data.
  • Support company objectives through project work and uphold company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • CIPD qualification or working towards it (support for CIPD L3 is desirable).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in 360 recruiting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK Employment Law and best practices in resourcing.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and persuasion abilities.
  • Autonomous work ethic with strong initiative.
  • High level of confidentiality and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
