Key Responsibilities:

Resourcing Candidates:Use job boards, social media and databases to source high-quality healthcare candidates for a variety of roles.
Building Client Relationships:Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with healthcare clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Job Adverts:Write and post clear and engaging job adverts on relevant platforms to attract the right candidates.
Screening & Interviewing:Review CVs, organise candidate interviews, and assess skills and experience to ensure the best match for client requirements.
Managing Recruitment Process:Oversee the recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to job offer, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Requirements:

At least 1 years experience in recruitment is essential.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with both candidates and clients.
A proactive and results-driven attitude, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
