We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced Estate Agency Branch Manager to take the reins of a branch in Southend-on-Sea. If you’re driven by results, passionate about property, and skilled at motivating a team, this is the role for you! What You’ll Do as a Branch Manager

Drive the branch’s performance to exceed targets and expectations.
Manage and inspire a team of property professionals to deliver exceptional service.
Oversee valuations, listings, and sales to ensure seamless client journeys.
Leverage your local market knowledge to identify growth opportunities.
Build strong client relationships and maintain our reputation for excellence.

What We’re Looking For as a Branch Manager

Proven experience in estate agency management.
A natural leader who can motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Deep understanding of the Southend-on-Sea property market.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
