Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Maintenance Operative to support the maintenance and servicing of aircraft wheels in compliance with company and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance or mechanical engineering, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks on aircraft wheels in accordance with manufacturer instructions and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and repair aircraft wheels
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance tasks and inspections.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify areas for improvement and optimise maintenance processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in aircraft maintenance, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to safety and quality.
