Are you passionate about making learning accessible and engaging for all students? We are looking for a committed KS3 Maths and English Teacher to join our team, working with pupils of varying abilities in an alternative provision setting.
About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and accessible lessons in Maths and English to KS3 students.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that inspires confidence and progress.
- Support students who may present challenges, helping them achieve their full potential through patience and understanding.
About You:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Maths and English at KS3.
- A creative and adaptive approach to teaching, making subjects accessible to all learners.
- Compassionate, resilient, and passionate about working with students who benefit from alternative provision.
- A long-term commitment to building relationships and making a difference in students' lives.
