Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - SEMH School

Are you passionate about supporting students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a specialist school in Southend.

This school is highly regarded for its commitment to providing a supportive and structured environment for students with SEMH challenges. The focus is on helping each child build their confidence, manage their emotions, and succeed academically. As an LSA, you will be instrumental in providing personalised support to students, ensuring they feel valued and are able to progress both emotionally and educationally.

Role responsibilities:
- Offer one-to-one and group support to students with SEMH needs

- Support students in regulating their emotions and behaviour, using positive interventions
