Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care and support in a supported living environment.
• Promote independence and encourage engagement in daily activities.
• Follow and contribute to individualised care plans.
• Safely administer medication, as per care plans.
• Foster positive relationships with families and healthcare professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience within a supported living environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Compassionate, reliable, and flexible approach to care.
